Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented professional to support and expand our Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) business, accessories segment, and related product lines, with a primary focus on OFC solutions. The role also involves managing OFC\-related documentation and working closely with internal teams and customers to drive business growth, strengthen market presence, and enhance customer engagement.
The selected candidate will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring successful execution of customer requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development \& Customer Engagement
- Drive business growth for Optical Fiber Cable (OFC), accessories, and related product portfolios.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Support new product introductions and business development initiatives for both current and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand business requirements and promote suitable solutions.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with sales leads and coordinate with cross\-functional teams including Plant, Design, Technical, Quality, and Operations teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer requirements.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to facilitate timely resolution of queries and issues.
Market \& Customer Insights
- Gather customer insights and understand end\-user requirements.
- Translate customer needs into effective product and solution offerings in coordination with technical and engineering teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide actionable market intelligence.
- Contribute to strategic business planning and growth initiatives.
Documentation \& Support
- Manage and maintain OFC\-related documentation, technical submissions, customer requirements, and project\-related records.
- Support proposal preparation, product documentation, compliance requirements, and customer communications.
Nature of the Role
This is primarily a **customer\-facing role** requiring regular interaction with various functions within customer organizations, including:
- Procurement \& Supply Chain Teams
- Technical \& Quality Teams
- Operations Teams
- Product Management Teams
- Application \& Engineering Teams
- Business Development \& Sales Teams
These interactions are essential to understand customer requirements and deliver the most suitable products and solutions.
Desired Qualifications \& Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Optical Fiber Cable (OFC), telecom infrastructure, networking products, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross\-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of customer requirements, technical documentation, and business development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
