Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, relationship\-oriented professional to drive client acquisition and business development initiatives.
The role involves engaging with senior decision\-makers, converting marketing\-generated leads into business opportunities, coordinating meetings with Partners, managing proposal follow\-ups, developing referral networks, and supporting business growth.
This is a client\-facing role involving interaction with Promoters, Managing Directors, CFOs, Finance Heads, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to engage and qualify leads.
- Connect with Promoters, Managing Directors, CFOs, and Finance Heads.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for Partners and accompany them during client discussions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage proposal submissions and ensure timely follow\-ups.
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline and opportunity status.
- Build referral networks with professionals, consultants, bankers, ERP providers, and industry contacts.
- Represent the firm at business forums, networking events, and industry associations.
- Support client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2\-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, Consulting Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with CXOs, business owners, and senior management.
- Self\-driven, proactive, and disciplined in follow\-ups.
- Willingness to travel across Western and Southern Tamil Nadu.
