Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven **HR Manager** to lead our human resources department across our Noida and Mohali centers. As a tech\-driven logistics platform and US freight brokering firm, our heartbeat is our team of high\-performing Freight Brokers and Logistics Coordinators.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the **US Logistics/International BPO/KPO industry**, possessing the unique skill set required to source target\-driven talent, manage employee relations for high\-pressure night shifts, and build an engaging work culture across multiple office locations.
Key Responsibilities1\. End\-to\-End Talent Acquisition (US Freight Brokering Specialist)
- Design and execute aggressive recruitment strategies to hire experienced **Freight Brokers** (especially those with an active book of business) and **Logistics Coordinators**.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates capable of working night shifts and communicating effectively with US\-based clients, carriers, and shippers.
- Standardize the onboarding process to reduce early attrition and align new hires with company revenue targets.
2\. Performance Management \& Compensation Structuring
- Partner with the Operations Head to oversee and track incentive structures, sales commissions, and monthly revenue milestones for the freight brokering team.
- Manage accurate night\-shift allowances, attendance tracking, and leave encashment workflows across both the Noida and Mohali facilities.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement constructive performance improvement plans (PIPs) where necessary.
3\. Employee Relations \& Night\-Shift Retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, maintaining a highly motivated, target\-driven work environment.
- Implement employee wellness and engagement initiatives designed specifically to combat burnout in a fast\-paced night\-shift operation.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and supportive workplace environment, including managing facility amenities (like food provisions or commuter tracking if provided).
4\. Compliance \& Policy Management
- Maintain statutory compliance in accordance with local labor laws (Punjab/UP Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, Provident Fund, etc.).
- Formulate and implement uniform corporate policies across both office branches to ensure seamless multi\-site alignment.
Qualifications \& Requirements
- **Experience:** 5\+ years of progressive HR experience, with a mandatory **2\+ years of HR experience in US Logistics, Freight Brokering, or International Night\-Shift operations**.
- **Location Flexibility:** Ability to actively manage and coordinate HR operations between the **Noida** and **Mohali** offices.
- **Domain Knowledge:** Solid understanding of the freight brokering workflow, load boards, and how commission/incentive structures drive logistics sales professionals.
- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to interact confidently with all tiers of leadership and staff.
- **Systems:** Hands\-on experience with modern HRIS, biometric attendance portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
