We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Delivery Manager / Recruitment Operations Manager with proven success in the IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in IT, Non\-IT recruitment, account management, delivery operations, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic professional capable of managing end\-to\-end recruitment delivery, building strong client relationships, driving operational excellence, and leading high\-performing recruitment teams.
*Qualification \& Experience**
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred).
**AM/DM:** 5–8 years of recruitment experience in the IT Staffing industry.

*Key Responsibilities**
Manage the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Partner with business/hiring managers to understand requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth process.
Handle offer negotiations and ensure candidate joining within timelines.
Maintain and track recruitment MIS/reports.
Guide and support a team of recruiters (for DM level).
*Skills Required**
Strong knowledge of the recruitment process.
Good communication and stakeholder management.
Experience in volume and niche hiring.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS tools.
