Job Title : Assistant Manager \& Deputy Manager \- Marketing

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and business partners.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Develop marketing communication materials, promotional content, and campaign collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and prepare MIS and performance reports.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and market analysis to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to marketing processes, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance marketing efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support strategic marketing and business development initiatives.

Requisites

• Bachelor//'s or Master//'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in ATL/BTL marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
• Experience managing advertising agencies, media partners, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of marketing communications, digital marketing, and campaign performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of market research, customer engagement, and marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of marketing automation, Adobe Creative Suite, or analytics tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
