\- Own end\-to\-end commercial performance and P\&L across marketplaces and D2C
\- Drive top\-line growth with sustainable contribution margins
\- Manage pricing, discounting, ad spends, platform commissions and inventory impact
\- Build and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue plans
\- Scale Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry and Quick Commerce platforms
\- Launch the brand on new marketplaces from scratch including onboarding, assortment planning and go\-live execution
\- Own platform relationships and unlock visibility programs, brand placements and sale events
\- Own Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, FirstCry Ads and Quick Commerce visibility spends
\- Drive ROAS\-led scaling, keyword ranking improvements and conversion optimisation
\- Plan and execute platform\-specific promotions, deals and sale events
\- Scale the brand as a profitable growth channel
\- Own commercial metrics such as revenue, conversion, AOV and repeat contribution
\- Work closely with marketing teams; focus on commercial performance, not day\-to\-day campaign execution
\- Drive bundle strategy, offers and marketplace\-to\-D2C migration initiatives
\- Build and maintain sales dashboards.
\- Track performance vs targets and course\-correct proactively
\- Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews with internal stakeholders \- Identify risks, inefficiencies and growth opportunities through data\-led insights
\- Build and manage a high\-impact execution team or agency partners as required
\- Coordinate closely with supply chain, finance, product and founders
\- Ensure speed, accountability and execution excellence across channels
\- Strong and scalable revenue growth across all leading marketplaces
\- Improved contribution margins and predictable month\-on\-month performance
\- Successful launch and scale\-up on new marketplaces
\- The brand established as a credible and fast\-growing babycare brand on key platforms
