**What will you work on**
#### **1\) End\-to\-End Ownership of Events**
- Lead the ideation, strategy, planning, and execution of branded experiences and promotional events for Servd with full ownership.
- Be responsible for overall event profitability and scalability.
- Work closely with content, production, post\-production and design leads to conceptualize innovative, culturally relevant event formats and themes.
- Drive ideation and development of new event IPs across Servd cities, ensuring concepts are scalable, distinctive, and aligned with brand vision.
- Oversee and optimize all logistical elements – venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, budgeting, timelines, and on\-ground execution.
- Ensure every event is on\-brand, community\-first, and delivers a high\-quality consumer experience.
- Evaluate event performance and implement improvements for future editions.
- Manage and lead the team across multiple cities and providing guidance for their growth within the organisation.
#### **2\) Partnership Development \& Brand Associations**
- Identify, approach, and onboard brands for partnerships, and long\-term associations.
- Independently negotiate partnership terms, ensuring value alignment and strong ROI for all stakeholders involved.
- Lead partnership campaign planning with internal teams across multiple cities, ensuring seamless integration across content and marketing channels.
- Stay updated on market trends and proactively recommend new collaboration formats and revenue\-driving opportunities for the vertical.
#### **3\) Brand Representation \& Strategic Communication**
- Represent Servd as a key brand custodian at events, maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content and Swiggy Scenes teams to create holistic event and partnership communication plans internally.
- Ensure clear, timely communication and alignment across internal teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders throughout each project lifecycle.
- Maintain post\-event reports for metrics, insights, and recommendations on future improvements.
#### **4\) Cross\-Functional Leadership**
- Partner with social media and content teams to drive engaging storytelling around events and associations.
- Work closely with Business Development to align partnership strategies with revenue goals and long\-term brand vision.
- Mentor junior team members across cities and support in establishing smoother processes across functions.
### **Who We’re Looking For**
- 3–5 years of experience in events, partnerships, brand collaborations, or experiential marketing \- ideally within F\&B, hospitality, lifestyle or media.
- Strong network within the F\&B and lifestyle ecosystem, with the ability to leverage relationships for partnerships and experiences.
- Proven track record of driving large\-scale events end\-to\-end with strong ownership, decision\-making and problem\-solving.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment with excellent stakeholder management.
- Highly organised, proactive and confident communicator who thrives on relationship\-building and leading initiatives independently.
- Has managed and led a team for multiple on\-ground activations and projects in the past.
