• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and people\-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to support our growing team in Chennai. This role will primarily focus on Non\-IT hiring (30%) along with managing employee relations, engagement initiatives, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should be approachable, proactive, and capable of balancing business needs with employee experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end Non\-IT recruitment and hiring activities
• Manage employee concerns, grievances, and workplace queries with empathy and professionalism
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture\-building activities
• Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
• Partner with managers for workforce planning and hiring requirements
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee data accurately
• Support performance management and policy implementation
• Ensure smooth HR operations and employee experience across departments

• *Requirements**

• Around 10 years of HR experience, preferably in generalist and recruitment roles
• Strong experience in Non\-IT hiring
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle employee concerns with maturity and confidentiality
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced work environment
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/systems is preferred

Pay: ₹450,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
