Assistant Manager - HR

• Handle joining formalities and documentation
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process
• Maintain employee records and HRIS updates

• *3\. Payroll Support**

• Assist in attendance tracking and leave management
• Support payroll inputs and data validation
• Coordinate with payroll team for timely processing

• *4\. HR Operations**

• Maintain HR documentation and employee files
• Support day\-to\-day HR activities and compliance
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR requirements

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
