Assistant Manager - HRBP

We are looking for a proactive and business\-oriented HRBP to support and partner with operations teams at Loco Bear. This role will focus on driving HR initiatives, managing employee lifecycle, and ensuring smooth people operations in a fast\-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an HR partner for business/operations teams
• Manage end\-to\-end employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)
• Support manpower planning and recruitment coordination
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance practices
• Support performance management and appraisal cycles
• Work closely with L\&D for training and development initiatives
• Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field 3–5 years of experience in HRBP / Generalist role
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR industry preferred
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee management
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
