· Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
· Supervise and coordinate daily activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
· Train, mentor, and coach team members to maintain high standards of service and performance.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to meet demand.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
· Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
· Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional initiatives to attract customers.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
· Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
· Ensure all service areas and workflows are in strict compliance with health and local municipality standards
· Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
· Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
· Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
