Assistant Manager (Mechanical)

• *Post: Mechanical Engineer**

• *Location: Bhopal**

• *Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Including work experience of at\-least 2 years at plant site in Operation \& Maintenance)**

• *Pay:** ₹ 4 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs CTC

• *Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, excellent problem\-solving abilities, and experience with design and analysis of mechanical systems. This role involves working on a variety of projects, from initial concept through to final implementation, ensuring that mechanical systems are designed efficiently, effectively, and meet all required specifications.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

1\) Design and develop mechanical drawings \& equipment specifications to meet project requirements.

2\) Use CAD software (2D \&/or 3D) to create detailed mechanical designs and schematics

3\) Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including electrical engineers, civil, structural, utility and project managers to integrate mechanical systems with other subsystems.

4\) Oversee the plant operation and maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical components.

5\) Ensure maintenance procedure comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

6\) Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the operation of the plants.

7\) Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations if required.

8\) Interact with client and vendors as per the site and project requirement.

9\) Installation of equipment (Furnace, filter, Oven, Motor, Chemical reactor, conveyor, Screen, Vacuum system etc,) at site.

• *Qualifications:**

1\) Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

2\) Proven experience in mechanical design, including proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

3\) Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

4\) Experience of maintenance at chemical/metallurgica/mineral processing plant is a plus

5\) Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.

6\) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

7\) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8\) Project Management experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
