Assistant Manager - Process

• *ASSISTANT MANAGER \- PROCESS**

• *Chemical / Metallurgical Engineer**

• *1\. Educational Qualifications**

• B.Tech./B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline. M.Tech./M.E. will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in chemical or metallurgical process engineering, process scale\-up, or industrial project execution.

· Proficient in using various types of computer \& business software’s, along with information management applications (ex. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Google meet, etc.).

· Proficient in using AutoCad.

• *2\. Key Responsibilities**

• Develop process flowsheets and perform mass, water, and energy balance calculations.
• Execute process development and scale\-up studies, including laboratory, pilot\-scale, and industrial trials.
• Work on hydro\-metallurgical processes such as leaching, solvent extraction, electro\-winning, precipitation, and solid\-liquid separation.
• Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs), process calculations, equipment specifications, and technical reports.
• Support process equipment selection, preliminary sizing, and technical evaluation of vendor offers.
• Coordinate engineering activities, project schedules, and technical deliverables with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support plant erection, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve technical queries and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

• *3\. Required Skills and Experience**

• Practical understanding of process flowsheet development, mass balance, and process scale\-up.
• Experience in process engineering, pilot plant studies, equipment selection, or commissioning.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for engineering calculations and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing or reviewing engineering drawings.
• Strong technical report\-writing, problem\-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations as required.

• *4\. Preferred Experience**

• Experience in rare earth element (REE) processing, critical minerals, or hydro\-metallurgical projects.
• Exposure to process optimization, techno\-economic studies, and industrial plant performance evaluation.

• *Job Location:** Bhopal or Kolkata – Depending upon project requirement

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
