Assistant Manager – Media Sales

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result\-oriented **Assistant Manager – Media Sales** to drive B2B barter partnerships and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent networking abilities, and a passion for building long\-term business relationships.
This role involves onboarding brands onto the BXI barter platform, structuring customized barter deals, and managing end\-to\-end client servicing to ensure successful transactions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients and brands onto the Marketplace
- Develop and execute barter deals across categories such as Media, Hotels, Gift Vouchers, Electronics, and Lifestyle
- Generate business revenue through brokerage, barter transactions, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong long\-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and structure customized barter solutions accordingly
- Coordinate internally to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment of barter deals
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, industry forums, and business meetings to generate leads and partnerships
- Travel across India for client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Maintain regular follow\-ups and provide exceptional client servicing support
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives

Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- MBA preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- 2 – 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Servicing, or Media Sales
- Experience in B2B sales, barter partnerships, advertising, media, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
