Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to manage ground sales and airport operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits across locations.
• Coordinate Airport Entry Permits (AEP) and ensure compliance with BCAS guidelines and airport regulations.
• Supervise Team Leaders and frontline staff, monitoring attendance and performance.
• Track sales targets, operational KPIs, and service quality.
• Prepare daily reports and weekly performance summaries for management.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain operational efficiency and consistent service standards.
• Travel to different locations as required.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in team management or supervision.
• Experience in Airport Operations, Fleet Management, Ground Sales, or the transportation industry is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
