Job Overview

We are looking for a **Customer Care Representative** to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for assisting drivers, coordinating trips, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day trip operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely support and assistance to drivers during their trips.
• Coordinate and manage trips efficiently.
• Handle driver queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor trip status and coordinate with relevant teams whenever required.
• Maintain accurate records and update trip\-related information in the system.
• Escalate operational issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
• Ensure smooth communication between drivers and the operations team.
• Perform other duties related to customer and driver support as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum **12th Pass** qualification.
• **Freshers are welcome to apply.**
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a **desk\-based role**.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Good coordination and problem\-solving skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast\-paced operational environment.

Salary \& Benefits

• **Salary:** ₹20,000 CTC per month
• **TDS:** 10% applicable as per company

Working Hours

Rotational shifts

• **Shift 1:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• **Shift 2:** 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• **Shift 3:** 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• *Note:** Candidates must be comfortable working in all three rotational shifts.
