Assistant Manager - Operations

• *Job Objective:**

To support the CHRO/Operations Head in ensuring smooth and efficient day\-to\-day operations across all units, with a focus on monitoring, coordination, compliance, and process improvement.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in monitoring daily operational activities across all units.
• Collect, compile, and analyze operational data from all locations.
• Share insights and updates with the Operations Head and ensure timely action on key issues.
• Identify operational gaps and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure facilities and operations are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner as per company standards and policies.
• Monitor key operational areas such as:
• Facility management
• Safety and compliance practices
• Utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.)
• Inventory/asset management
• Transport and logistics movement
• Expense tracking and cost control
• Track outsourced/vendor workforce deployment across locations and take corrective actions to optimize manpower.
• Conduct regular rounds/visits to ensure smooth functioning and coordination with on\-ground teams.
• Prepare and generate MIS reports, dashboards, and operational summaries for management review.
• Coordinate and participate in monthly/weekly review meetings with department heads (Admin, Facilities, Logistics, Maintenance, Security, etc.).
• Visit locations periodically to review on\-ground operations and address site\-level concerns.
• Ensure all operational documentation, reports, and formats are maintained accurately and timely.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across operations.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

• *Experience \& Qualification:**

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in operations, administration, or multi\-location coordination roles
• Experience in managing vendors, facilities, or operational reporting will be an advantage

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
