- Take ownership of assigned sales targets and support achievement of business growth objectives through effective customer coordination, timely order execution, and operational efficiency.
- Handle and coordinate government and project\-based business including tender\-related documentation, approvals, planning, compliance requirements, dispatch coordination, and project execution activities.
- Manage and coordinate the complete sales execution process from customer enquiry to final shipment and payment follow\-up.
- Handle customer communications through professional email and telephonic interactions with timely response to enquiries and order\-related updates.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare techno\-commercial quotations in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for material availability, production planning, lead times, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics agencies for:
- International vessel schedules
- Freight coordination
- Export documentation
- Country\-specific duties and compliance requirements
- Plan and execute shipments including packing coordination and dispatch execution.
- Ensure smooth handling of pre\-sale and post\-sale documentation activities through the supporting team.
- Maintain strong understanding of:
- Product lines
- Production patterns
- Pricing philosophy
- Customer\-specific requirements
- Operational challenges
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and process compliance across all sales operations activities.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, export coordination, international business, logistics coordination, or related fields.
- Graduate from a reputed institution.
- Strong exposure to export shipment handling and international documentation procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of customer handling and sales processes.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, filtration, engineering, or process industries will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of government project handling and tender coordination is preferred.
- *Compensation \& Benefits**
- Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Performance\-based incentives of up to 3\- 4 months’ salary linked to sales targets and operational performance
