The company aims to become a leading player in the EV battery and mobility ecosystem by enabling dealers, OEM partners, and fleet operators with reliable and scalable solutions. **Role Overview**

We are looking for a result\-driven sales professional with a strong channel sales background who can drive business growth at a zonal level.

As an Assistance Manager Sales, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding dealer/distributor networks, and strengthening market presence across the assigned zone. **Key Responsibilities*** + Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

+ Develop and execute effective channel sales strategies

+ Build, manage, and expand dealer and distributor networks

+ Identify new markets and drive business expansion initiatives

+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

+ Lead, train, and motivate the zonal sales team

+ Ensure timely collections and healthy receivables

+ Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities

+ Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking

  • *Candidate Profile*** + **MBA in Marketing Management** or relevant field (Preferred)

+ **3\-5 years** of experience in **Sales / Channel Sales**

+ Proven track record in dealer/distributor management and channel expansion

+ Experience in **EV, Battery, Automotive, or Energy sectors** preferred

+ Strong understanding of **2\-Wheeler \& 3\-Wheeler ecosystem**

+ Excellent **communication, negotiation, and relationship management** skills

+ Ability to analyze **sales data and drive strategic decisions**

+ Willingness to **travel extensively** within the zone
