  • *CTC:** ₹20,000 per month **Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team through effective telephonic communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a positive attitude towards achieving business targets. **Key Responsibilities*** + Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

+ Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.

+ Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

+ Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

+ Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM/Excel.

+ Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

+ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

+ Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.

+ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

  • *Eligibility*** + Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also be considered with relevant experience).

+ 0–2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Support, or Call Centre.

+ Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • *Required Skills*** + Excellent verbal communication in **English, Hindi, and Bengali** (preferred).

+ Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

+ Strong customer service orientation.

+ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

+ Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • *Preferred Experience*** + Experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Automobile, EV, or Retail industries will be an advantage.
  • *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*** + Number of outbound calls made per day.

+ Qualified leads generated.

+ Appointment booking rate.

+ Lead\-to\-conversion ratio.

+ Customer satisfaction and call quality.

+ Daily productivity and attendance.

  • *Working Hours*** + 9 hours per day (including breaks)

+ 6 days working (as per company policy)

  • *Compensation \& Benefits*** + **CTC:** ₹20,000 per month
