We are seeking a detail\-oriented and results\-driven Assistant Performance Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, and the ability to drive campaign performance in alignment with business objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Support audience targeting, budget management, bid strategy implementation, and A/B testing initiatives.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands\-on expertise in Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
