Position Title: Assistant Professor – Human Resources (HR)

Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Assistant Professor in Human Resources to deliver high\-quality academic instruction, mentor students, and contribute to the development of future HR professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to academic excellence and student success.
Required Qualifications
\- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), MHRM, or a related discipline.
\- Prior teaching, training, or industry experience in Human Resources is preferred.
\- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, organizational behavior, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
\- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
\- Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Human Resource Management and related subjects.
\- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments in line with academic standards.
\- Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and presentations.
\- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
\- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and student progress documentation.
