• *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, development teams, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery, effective communication, and timely completion of tasks.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and highlight potential risks or delays.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and clients when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of project requirements and changes.
• Support resource allocation and project scheduling activities.
• Assist in preparing project reports and performance metrics.

• *Required Skills**

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good understanding of project coordination and task management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred.
• Internship or prior experience in project coordination, operations, or administration will be an added advantage.
