We’re looking for a hands\-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and help the team deliver a great dining experience.
1\. \*Operations:\* Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Ensure smooth service, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
2\. \*Team Management:\* Train, schedule, and supervise waitstaff, kitchen helpers, and cashiers. Motivate team and handle shift conflicts.
3\. \*Customer Service:\* Address guest queries/complaints promptly. Maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
4\. \*Inventory \& Orders:\* Monitor stock levels, place orders for raw materials, and minimize wastage.
5\. \*Sales \& Billing:\* Track daily sales, manage POS/billing, and assist with cash handling.
6\. \*Quality Control:\* Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency match brand standards.
7\. \*Reporting:\* Share daily reports on sales, staff attendance, and issues to the Restaurant Manager.
1\. \*Experience:\* 1\-3 years in restaurant/F\&B operations. Prior supervisory role preferred.
2\. \*Skills:\* Strong communication, team leadership, problem\-solving, and basic computer/POS knowledge.
3\. \*Qualifications:\* Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field is an advantage.
4\. \*Availability:\* Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
