\* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
\* Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
\* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
\* Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes.
\* Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
\* Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
\* Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
\* Train and develop team members to enhance service quality.

\* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
\* 2–5 years of experience in restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality operations.

\* Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
\* Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
