**Capital Raising \& Business Development:** Originate, structure, and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital commitments for our Real Estate and Mining funds.
**Investor Pipeline Management:** Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective LPs (Limited Partners), including institutional investors, family offices, and wealth managers.
**Deal Distribution:** Present complex investment theses, technical mining data, and real estate underwriting metrics clearly and compellingly to sophisticated investors.
**Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, providing regular updates on fund performance, asset valuations, and market trends.
**Collateral Collaboration:** Partner with the investment team to create institutional\-grade marketing materials, including Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), pitch decks, and data rooms.
**Market Intelligence:** Stay ahead of macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and commodity cycles affecting both the property and mining sectors to position our funds effectively.
*Qualifications \& Skills**
**Experience:** 5–10\+ years of proven track record in capital raising, VC/PE sales, or investor relations within private equity, real estate, or hard assets.
**Network:** An active, verifiable network of LPs, family offices, and institutional investors looking for exposure to real estate and/or natural resources.
**Sector Knowledge:** Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling (IRR, NPV, Cap Rates) and mining investment cycles (exploration, development, production, commodity pricing).
**Communication:** Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to distill technical geological or architectural data into an attractive investment narrative.
**Travel:** Willingness to travel extensively for investor meetings, conferences, and site visits.
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or Geology. An MBA, CFA, or CAIA is highly desirable.
