The Assistant Store Manager for a Pet Retail Store is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales to achieve business goals. The manager will be a passionate animal lover with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of retail management.

Ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control.
Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensure staff are trained in customer service and product knowledge.
Organize and manage special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.

Prepare and manage the store’s budget.
Monitor and control operational expenses.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and record\-keeping.
Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity.

*Qualifications:**

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3\-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a pet store or similar environment.
