Handle and supervise operations of **2 grocery store locations.**
Work **3 days in one store** and **3 days in another store** to ensure smooth operations.
**Guide and support Store Managers** in achieving monthly sales and profitability targets.
**Monitor daily sales performance** and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and replenishment.
Review stock movement and minimize wastage, damages, and shortages.
Monitor product displays, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer escalations.
Supervise staff attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance.
Conduct team meetings and provide operational guidance to Store Managers.
Analyze store performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and accounts departments when required.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports directly to the Managing Director (MD).
Take corrective actions to improve underperforming stores.
Drive team motivation and target achievement across both locations.
*Experience Required**
Minimum 2**–8 years** of experience in **Supermarket, Grocery Store, Retail Chain, Hypermarket, Departmental Store, or FMCG Retail Operations.**
Experience as **Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Retail Operations Executive, Branch Manager, Supermarket Supervisor, or Multi\-Store Coordinator**.
Proven experience in handling sales targets and team management.
Experience in inventory management, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
Experience in customer handling and operational reporting.
