• *Job Overview**

The **Associate Analyst, Advisory Operations** independently supports the advisory billing function through problem\-solving, reporting, quality control, audit support, remediation, and training. This role applies judgement within defined policies and controls to resolve issues and support risk mitigation. The role operates in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment and collaborates with leadership and cross\-functional partners to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Executed quality control processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
• Support leadership on multiple and potentially overlapping department level projects
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process or procedural improvements
• Document quality issues, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities
• Support audit requests, remediation efforts, and procedure updates
• Manage escalated items within defined scope and escalate higher\-risk issues as appropriate
• Support projects including UAT, transformation, implementation, and change management initiatives

• *Requirements:**

• 6\-8 years of experience in financial services, banking, accounting, or operation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

• *Preferences:**

• Data Analysis/ Business Analysis Experience
