About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Finance Manager to join our finance team and support the organization's accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial management functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Lead month\-end closing activities and assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Monitor cash flow and support effective cash management practices.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in the completion of internal and external audits.
• Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support ERP\-based financial processes and contribute to system improvements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
