• *Summary**

UST is seeking an experienced **Icertis CLM Administrator / Lead** with expertise in **Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), SAP Ariba, and ServiceNow**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and optimizing the Icertis platform, managing enterprise integrations, driving contract process automation, and collaborating with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to enhance contract management capabilities across the organization.

• *The Opportunity**

As an Icertis CLM Administrator, you will serve as the technical owner of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform, ensuring seamless operation, governance, integration, and continuous improvement of contract lifecycle processes. You will play a key role in enabling digital transformation initiatives through automation, AI\-driven contract management, and enterprise\-wide process optimization.

### **Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

### **Platform Administration \& Configuration**

• Serve as the primary administrator and platform owner for Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI).
• Configure and maintain contract types, templates, clause libraries, workflows, metadata, and security models.
• Design and implement automated approval workflows and contract lifecycle processes.
• Configure business rules, obligation management, notifications, and governance controls.
• Manage user roles, permissions, security groups, and access management.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Perform environment migrations and promotions from Development/UAT to Production environments while ensuring minimal business disruption.

### **Integration Management**

#### **SAP Ariba Integration**

• Manage and enhance integrations between Icertis and SAP Ariba applications.
• Support automated contract creation, sourcing workflows, pricing synchronization, and obligation tracking.
• Ensure reliable data exchange between procurement and contract management systems.

#### **ServiceNow Integration**

• Manage Service Intake Request workflows between ServiceNow and Icertis.
• Enable seamless intake, routing, and processing of legal and contractual requests.
• Support process automation and workflow orchestration across enterprise teams.

#### **API \& Integration Support**

• Troubleshoot complex integration issues involving Icertis, SAP Ariba, and ServiceNow.
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.

### **Strategic Support \& Governance**

• Oversee contract data quality, metadata governance, and information integrity.
• Support data migration, transformation, and validation activities.
• Establish governance practices to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Icertis platform capabilities.
• Create and maintain platform documentation, configuration documents, and support procedures.

### **AI \& Innovation**

• Support and leverage Icertis AI capabilities, including Vera Copilot and AI\-enabled contract intelligence features.
• Enable AI\-driven contract authoring, clause recommendations, obligation tracking, and risk analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through automation and intelligent contract management capabilities.

• *What You Need**

### **Requirements**

• 7\+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3\+ years of hands\-on experience administering and configuring Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI).
• Strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and best practices.
• Experience configuring Icertis workflows, templates, clauses, security models, and metadata structures.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience working with APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of contract governance, compliance, and risk management principles.
• Experience supporting release management, testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
