• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a senior redevelopment lawyer who can independently lead complex redevelopment mandates in Mumbai. The role requires strong practical experience in advising cooperative housing societies, developers, landowners and other stakeholders on redevelopment documentation, negotiations, approvals, member\-related issues and transaction closure.

**Key Responsibilities**

● Independently handle redevelopment mandates from appointment to execution and closure.

● Draft, review and negotiate Development Agreements, Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements (PAAA), Powers of Attorney, consent letters, society resolutions, tender documents, Letters of Intent (LOIs), appointment letters and other redevelopment documentation.

● Advise on redevelopment structures, society approvals, member consent, title issues, FSI, MHADA, DCPR 2034, RERA and applicable Maharashtra redevelopment laws.

● Conduct title due diligence and prepare title reports, legal opinions and risk assessments. ● Lead society meetings, developer meetings, negotiations, client meetings and site visits across Mumbai.

● Coordinate with societies, developers, architects, project management consultants, lenders, consultants and government authorities.

● Advise on redevelopment disputes, delays, hardship compensation, transit rent, possession, approvals and project execution issues.

● Mentor junior lawyers and supervise redevelopment transaction teams.

• *Mandatory Experience and Skills:**

● 8–10 years of post\-qualification experience.

● Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Mumbai redevelopment matters.

● Strong experience in cooperative housing society redevelopment.

● Excellent drafting skills for Development Agreements, PAAA, POA and redevelopment documentation.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
