About the role

We are looking for a sharp, curious Associate Product Manager to join our product team. You will work closely with senior PMs, engineers, and designers to define, build, and iterate on features that make our platform indispensable for enterprise customers. This is a high\-ownership role — you will own specific product areas end\-to\-end and represent the voice of the customer in every decision. **Location:** Bengaluru

What you'll do* + Own the roadmap for one or more product modules, from discovery through launch and iteration.

+ Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can act on.

+ Partner with sales and customer success to understand pipeline blockers and retention risks, and translate them into product decisions.

+ Define and track north\-star metrics and leading indicators for your areas

+ Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross\-functional alignment meetings.

+ Evaluate competitor products and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities.

+ Champion design quality and usability; collaborate closely with designers on workflows and edge cases.

Qualifications* + 2–4 years in product management

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems

+ Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred

+ Degree from a Tier 1 institution (IIT, IIM, BITS, or equivalent) is preferred

Who you are* + You have a strong first\-principles approach — you question assumptions, frame the right problem, and push for evidence before forming opinions.

+ You are comfortable with ambiguity and can make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information.

+ You write exceptionally well — your PRDs and strategy docs are clear, concise, and persuasive.

+ You are deeply empathetic to customers and equally fluent with engineers — you can translate between both worlds.

+ You have a low ego and a high desire to learn; you actively seek feedback and act on it quickly.

+ You default to transparency and collaboration rather than working in silos.
