We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who can support the product management function for the XDAS Platform. The role will involve working closely with Product Managers, UX, Development, QA, DevOps, Support, Customer Success, and Business teams to convert business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
The candidate should be able to understand customer problems, document requirements clearly, coordinate with internal teams, track feature development, and ensure that product releases are aligned with business needs and delivery expectations.
- Work with Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand product requirements, customer needs, and platform enhancement requests.
- Prepare clear and structured user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow notes, and supporting requirement documentation.
- Coordinate with UX designers to convert requirements into wireframes, screen flows, and high\-fidelity designs.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood properly and delivered as expected.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and release discussions.
- Track product backlog items, dependencies, clarifications, and delivery progress using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Support product demos, customer discussions, internal walkthroughs, and requirement validation sessions.
- Assist in preparing product documentation, release notes, feature summaries, training materials, and demo scripts.
- Perform basic market, competitor, and feature research to support product planning and roadmap discussions.
- Work with support and implementation teams to understand product issues, customer feedback, and enhancement opportunities.
- Ensure requirements are documented in a way that is clear, testable, and aligned with business outcomes.
- Support the Product Head in roadmap execution, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Good understanding of software product development lifecycle.
- Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirement notes.
- Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with cross\-functional teams including Product, UX, Development, QA, Support, and Business teams.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar tools.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in simple business terms.
- Strong ownership, follow\-up discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements or features in parallel.
- Experience working on SaaS platforms, enterprise platforms, workflow platforms, data platforms, AI/GenAI products, automation products, or analytics products.
- Exposure to products involving AI, RPA, workflow automation, data extraction, document processing, or integrations.
- Experience in preparing product demos, release notes, user guides, or customer\-facing product documentation.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience working with product teams in a B2B software environment.
- *Educational Qualification:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or Product Management certification (CSPO) will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per year
