• *The role** **Role Overview**

The Associate (Procurement) will assist customers by acquiring price quotes, updating in ERP System, ensuring accurate data, and improving savings.

Responsibilities include running customer data, handling price inquiries \& leading all aspects of renewals along with publisher expertise of basic level. This role significantly improves customer relationships and optimizes operational efficiency throughout these activities. Collaborate in a team performing various tasks to enhance business growth by prioritizing efficiency, accuracy, and speed. The focus is global, with direct reporting to Team Leader and collaborating with the Regional Delivery Leaders. The Procurement Operations team is one of the fastest growing units in SoftwareOne’s SW\&C Marketplace Delivery and currently looking for motivated and expert employees to take the next step in its development as operational backbone for SoftwareOne’s strategy and vision towards Software Portfolio Management. **Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Responsible for prioritizing quotes from publishers and suppliers.
• Maintains basic level knowledge of service and solution offerings specific to publisher and is a customer facing resource for sales activities alongside SoftwareOne resources.
• Researches and captures all necessary information to complete tasks.
• Communicates promptly via emails, reports, and reminders.
• Achieves goals by embracing new and diverse requests and finding opportunities to improve job performance.
• Supports requests from customers, partners, sales representatives, and other operations team members.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to achieve procurement objectives.

• *What we need to see from you**

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, supply chain (preferred)
• Excellent written \& verbal skills.
• 1\-2 year’s/prior experience Customer service experience
• Proficiency/knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat
