• *Experience Required**

• Associate: 6–10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Record to Report (R2R) and financial accounting is mandatory.

• *Job Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end Record to Report (R2R) activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
• Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Support financial planning and analysis (FP\&A) activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial reports.
• Participate in month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
• Work with SAP for finance operations and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional and global stakeholders.

• *Requirements**

• CA Inter or ICWA qualification is mandatory.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Finance/R2R.
• Experience in FP\&A, Intercompany Accounting, Hyperion, MIS Reporting, and Reconciliations.
• Must have experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Hands\-on experience with SAP is mandatory; SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to join within 45–60 days.
