Financial Controller

• *Job Title: Financial Controller**

• *Job Type**: Full\-time

• *Experience Required**

• 8\+ years of experience in Finance \& Accounting (F\&A) and Record to Report (R2R) for CPA/ICWA professionals.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in F\&A and R2R for Chartered Accountants (CA).
• Experience in client\-facing financial operations, preferably in a KPO or shared services environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end R2R and financial reporting for multiple clients.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
• Build and manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Support transitions, audits, and month\-end/year\-end close activities.
• Drive process improvements, financial controls, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with AP, O2C, and cross\-functional finance teams.
• Lead projects and ensure timely, high\-quality deliverables.

• *Requirements**

• Qualified **CA, CPA, or ICWA**.
• Strong expertise in **General Ledger (GL), R2R, and Financial Reporting**.
• Sound knowledge of **US GAAP**.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements independently.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in digital transformation or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Working knowledge of **Maxio** is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,600,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
