Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking an Associate Sales Manager for our Branch Banking division. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing the sales team, and enhancing customer experience. The role involves conducting training sessions for branch staff, ensuring they understand our products and can effectively communicate their benefits to customers. The Associate Sales Manager will work closely with branch managers to identify potential sales opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include

• Collaborating with branch staff to develop and execute sales strategies
• Training and mentoring branch employees on insurance products and sales techniques
