Mandatory Skills 1\.Automation \& Technical Skills a)Strong hands on expertise in Watermelon Automation (framework design, scripting, execution, reporting). b)Proficiency in Java / JavaScript / TypeScript / Python (as applicable to Watermelon setup). c)Experience with UI, API, and backend automation. d)Experience with test data management and environment handling. e)Working knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases. 2\.Domain \& Process Knowledge (Preferred) a)Experience in Insurance / BFSI domain (Life Insurance preferred). b)Strong understanding of STP flows, integrations, policy lifecycle, and regulatory compliance. c)Experience working in Agile delivery models. d)Exposure to audit driven QA processes and production critical systems. 3\.Leadership \& Soft Skills a)Proven experience leading automation teams across multiple projects. b)Strong communication skills for client and senior stakeholder interactions. c)Ability to drive accountability, deadlines, and quality ownership. d)Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills.
