Job Title: Sales Executive \& Data Analytics Executive

Job Summary

AB STOP India is looking for a dynamic, result\-oriented, and self\-motivated **Sales Executive \& Data Analytics Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the confidence to build long\-term customer relationships while supporting business growth through data\-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities Sales \& Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct follow\-ups and convert leads into successful sales.

Data Analytics \& Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales and customer data.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel and CRM software.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify business trends.
  • Support management with data\-driven reports and recommendations.

Email \& Documentation

  • Handle professional email communication with clients and business partners.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and business documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain proper documentation and company records.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong customer relationships through timely communication.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain regular follow\-up with clients for repeat business.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
  • Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Professional email writing and documentation skills.
  • Customer relationship management and problem\-solving ability.
  • Sales negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a target\-oriented approach.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Freshers with strong skills are welcome. Experienced candidates will be preferred.
