Aditi Toys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

✅ End\-to\-End Recruitment

✅ HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle Management

✅ Payroll Coordination \& Attendance Management

✅ Labour Law \& Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, CLRA, etc.)

✅ Employee Relations \& Grievance Handling

✅ Performance Management (KRA/KPI \& PMS)

✅ HR MIS \& Documentation

Eligibility

MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or equivalent

4–7 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

Experience in HRMS, MS Excel, and recruitment

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
