• **Design \& Engineering:** Prepare and review electrical designs, single\-line diagrams, load calculations, cable sizing, and layouts for power distribution, lighting, earthing, and control systems, in line with project specifications and IS/IEC standards.

• **Installation \& Execution:** Supervise on\-site installation of HT/LT panels, transformers, switchgear, cabling, cable trays, and associated equipment, ensuring work follows approved drawings, quality plans, and schedules.

• **Testing \& Commissioning:** Conduct pre\-commissioning checks and testing (insulation resistance, relay settings, protection and control checks), and support energisation and handover of systems to the client.

• **Coordination \& Reporting:** Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and the client; track progress, manage material requirements, and submit regular progress reports and as\-built documentation.

• **Safety, Quality \& Compliance:** Enforce HSE practices, permit\-to\-work procedures, and quality standards on site; ensure statutory and client compliance, and support audits and inspections.
