Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct user interviews and workshops to understand user needs and pain points.
Create and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
Track and analyse key product metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance to stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement and make data\-driven recommendations.
Assist in the planning and execution of product releases and updates.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively address them.
Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (e.g., Business functions, technical teams, Vendor partners) to ensure successful product delivery.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies related to digital product development.
Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance your analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
