We are looking for an experienced **Audit Manager** to lead and manage audit functions within the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, reviewing financial statements, and identifying areas for process improvement. The role also includes managing audit teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of audit assignments. This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Gurgaon.
*Qualifications \& Skills**
Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Accounting, and Audit processes
Experience in conducting Financial Audits within the automobile industry
**4 to 5 years Hands\-on experience** in Inventory \& Stock Audits, including vehicle inventory verification, spare parts audit, stock reconciliation, and warehouse audit controls
Good analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal audit standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
CA / CPA qualification preferred
Experience in IPO advisory or government incentive facilitation will be an added advantage
