We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Australian Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long\-term career in Australian accounting while working closely with Australian clients and accounting firms.
● Bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
● Preparation of management reports and working papers
● Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
● Payroll processing and superannuation administration
● BAS/GST returns preparation support
● Preparation of Australian individual, company, trust, and partnership tax returns in accordance with Australian tax laws
● Assisting with tax compliance and ATO lodgement requirements
● Month\-end and year\-end accounting tasks
● Financial statement preparation support
● Assisting Australian accounting firms with offshore accounting services
● Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
● Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working within the Australian jurisdiction
● Exposure to BAS, GST, payroll, and Australian compliance requirements
● Understanding of Australian taxation and accounting principles
● Commerce, Accounting, CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications
