• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an AutoCAD Designer / Kitchen Design Engineer to prepare detailed kitchen layouts, equipment plans, service coordination drawings, and technical documentation for commercial kitchen projects. The candidate will work closely with project managers, consultants, architects, and clients to develop accurate and efficient design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Kitchen Layout Planning

• Prepare commercial kitchen layouts based on project requirements.
• Develop equipment layouts ensuring efficient workflow and space utilization.
• Coordinate zoning for preparation, cooking, washing, storage, and service areas.
• Assist in concept planning and kitchen design development.

2\. AutoCAD Drafting \& Documentation

* Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including

• Equipment Layout Plans
• Plumbing Drawings
• Drainage Layouts
• Electrical Load Layouts
• Gas Piping Layouts
• Hood \& Fresh Air Drawings
• Sectional Details and Elevations
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records.
• Prepare BOQ and equipment schedules.

3\. Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and MEP teams.
• Ensure proper integration of kitchen equipment with building services.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
