We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer (Civil) to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial kitchen and hospitality projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects within schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Project Planning \& Execution
- Manage end\-to\-end execution of commercial kitchen and hospitality projects.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate all project activities from design stage to final handover.
2\. Site Coordination \& Management
- Supervise site execution and monitor daily progress.
- Coordinate civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, firefighting, and kitchen installation works.
- Resolve site\-related technical and execution challenges.
- Ensure smooth coordination among contractors, vendors, and clients.
3\. Design \& Drawing Coordination
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and kitchen service drawings.
- Coordinate revisions and ensure proper implementation at site.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation and progress reports.
4\. Vendor \& Contractor Management
- Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and installation teams.
- Monitor material procurement, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
5\. Testing, Commissioning \& Handover
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of installed systems and equipment.
- Ensure all services are operational before handover.
- Prepare project close\-out documentation.
- Support client training and final project handover.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–10 years of experience in project execution, construction management, interior fit\-outs, hospitality projects, or commercial kitchen projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and service drawings.
