Job Title: \- AutoCAD \& Operations Executive

• *Experience Required:** Minimum 1 Year
• *CTC:** ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
• *Job Type:** Full\-Time
• *Work Schedule:** Day Shift
• *Education:** Diploma (Preferred)

• *Job Responsibilities**

• Prepare and develop technical drawings, layouts and plans using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Prepare interim and final reports upon completion of assignments.
• Ensure timely communication and sharing of operational updates with respective clients.
• Raise billing and invoicing requisitions as per completed assignments.
• Ensure timely submission of final reports and invoices to respective clients.
• Coordinate closely with MMC management and reporting superiors to provide effective back\-office support and ensure smooth execution of operations.
• Prepare, compile and maintain various reports, MIS and operational records as required from time to time.
• Coordinate and assist in travel arrangements, including related documentation and necessary formalities.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative and operational activities.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies**

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain MIS.
• Good documentation and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong follow\-up and coordination skills.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Diploma qualification preferred.
• Candidates with AutoCAD drafting and back\-office coordination experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
