Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer\-focused, and sales\-oriented professional to join our team as a **Client Services \& Sales Associate** in the fitness and wellness industry.

The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service and sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fitness and wellness. The role involves delivering premium customer experiences, managing front\-desk operations, assisting clients with service and package selections, and contributing to studio revenue through sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and front\-desk support to clients.
• Welcome clients, manage class check\-ins, and assist with daily studio operations.
• Help clients choose suitable packages, services, and retail products.
• Maintain the studio's professional appearance and service standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with instructors and other team members to support daily operations.
• Assist in training and guiding new team members when required.
• Maintain knowledge of fitness services, packages, and retail products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Strong customer\-handling and problem\-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude, professional approach, and strong work ethic.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays, as required.

Salary \& Benefits

• Annual CTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹5\.4 LPA
