Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people\-oriented **Senior Human Resource Generalist** to manage employee onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, background verification, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, identify employee development needs, and support learning and development initiatives.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, joining documentation, and orientation.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate background verification (BGV), track pending cases, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate POSH awareness sessions, policy communication, and related documentation.
• Address employee queries and grievances while fostering positive employee relations.
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and reports related to training, engagement, BGV, and attrition.
• Support HR policies and employee lifecycle processes, including employee confirmations and exit interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, Learning \& Development, or Employee Engagement.
• Hands\-on experience in employee onboarding, training coordination, and engagement activities.
• Working knowledge of background verification, POSH\-related activities, HR policies, and employee documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with department heads and employees.
• Graduation is mandatory; an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
• Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or multi\-location organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per year
